Coxinha (CO-SHEEN-YUH) – it means little thigh.
Legend has it that they were invented in the 19th century because of a pick little prince (Princess Isabel’s Son), who liked chicken thigh meat. One day the kitchen was all out of thighs, so a chef invented these delicious snacks, made to resemble the shape of a chicken thigh, and filled them with shredded chicken. The children loved them and so did everyone else who tried them.
Today, coxinha is one of Brazil’s favorite street food. Our coxinhas are made with the finest ingredients, a flavorful potato and wheat flour dough, filled with chicken, cheese, ham, bacon, and more! Then deep fried to a crispy, crunchy golden brown. It’s a perfect snack for parties and family/friends gatherings or any last-minute unexpected situations when you need to prep something fast and tasty.
Mini Churro
Our sweet version of the croquettes. Crispy cinnamon and sugar crust filled with dulce de leche (caramel) or chocolate hazelnut.
CHEESE BREAD
This yummy Gluten-Free and Oil-free snack is made with Tapioca flour (Cassava) and a blend of cheeses.
This famous Brazilian snack is believed to have originated in Minas Gerais State, in the 18th century, due to a lack of good quality wheat flour and an abundance of cassava flour.
Crispy outside, chewy ad cheesy inside, our Cheese Bread is perfect to enjoy at any time and anywhere.
