Refunds Policy

At Brazuca Bites, we take pride in delivering high-quality frozen snacks made with care.
Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of taste preference, change of mind, or incorrect storage after delivery.

Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing; and

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo of the issue.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement product, or

  • Issue a refund for the affected item(s).

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the problem

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
